What are Slyder Cards?
Slyder Cards are premium 16pt business cards where the front is your own design and the back is a professionally designed Slyder QR card built by our team. The back features your QR code (linking to your Slyder) with a clean branded layout and a small "Powered by Slyder" footer.
Do I need an active Slyder subscription to order?
Yes — Slyder Cards are exclusively for active Slyder subscribers. Your back card links to your Slyder, so you need an active account for the QR to work. Not on Slyder yet? Start your free 7-day trial at getslyder.com.
How does the back side work?
You upload your QR code image (downloadable from your Slyder dashboard under Settings → Share), choose a color style for the back, and we do the rest. Our team builds the back design, emails you a full proof, and only sends to print once you give the green light.
What file do I need for the front?
PDF only. Export your front design at 300 DPI minimum with a 3.75" × 2.25" canvas (3.5" × 2" finished size + 0.125" bleed on all sides). We check resolution automatically when you upload and show you a live proof before anything goes to print.
Can I customize the back layout?
You can choose your back color style (Dark, Navy, or White), but the layout itself is fixed — QR code centered, "Scan to see my Slyder" caption, and a small "Powered by Slyder · getslyder.com" footer. The consistency is intentional: it keeps the back clean and scannable.
How fast will my cards arrive?
We email your back proof within 24 hours of payment. Once you approve, production starts within 1–2 business days and delivery takes 2–3 more business days. Most customers have their cards within 3–5 business days from order.
What is the refund policy?
Slyder Cards are printed at cost and all sales are final — no refunds or exchanges. We price at $25 because there is zero margin on our end. You acknowledge this policy during checkout before submitting your order. If there is a printing defect on our end, we will reprint at no charge.
What does 16pt mean for business cards?
16pt refers to the thickness of the cardstock. Standard cards are typically 10pt or 12pt — noticeably thin and flimsy. 16pt is heavy-duty: real weight, premium feel, strong first impression. It is the stock used by high-end print shops.
What coating options are available?
You can choose gloss coating (shiny finish, makes colors pop, great for photos) or no coating (matte/uncoated, easy to write on, classic look). You pick during checkout.
